WINE LIST

We have an extensive wine list which is periodically changed by our Food and Beverage Manager, Paul Ashdown, who is an Associate member of the Wine and Spirit Education Trust. Paul is always happy to discuss your wine requirements and writes a weekly wine column in the local newspaper.

We offer 15 wines by the glass and have approximately 50 bins on our wine list.

a Sicilian Nero d'Avola Lascari 2002
Muscadet de Sevre et Maine "Sur Lie" 2003
Pinot Grigio 2004

Sample wines by the bottle include:

a lovely Bordeaux such as Chateau Trimoulet 1999 or a 1998 Margaux Cru Bourgeois
a Beaune-Greves 1999 from Burgundy
an Argentinian Malbec
a South African Pinotage
Pouilly Fume from the Loire
a white Rioja
a good selection of Rose, Champagne and Sparkling wines.
