The 2 AA Rosette Lambtons Restaurant is under the personal supervision of Paul Ashdown and his professional waiting staff and The Bear Grills Bistro, for more informal dining is managed by Lee Summersgill and his staff.
We use fresh local meat and produce wherever possible with fish delivered direct from the trawlers in Cornwall. Our cakes and pastries are also expertly made by our two highly experienced pastry chefs. All food is cooked to order.
The hotel includes: 25 en-suite bedrooms, with two outstanding four poster en-suite bedrooms. Two restaurants and two bars.
